Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, proper handling of products, and smooth coordination between the warehouse, store, purchase, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 12th pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or store operations.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
  • Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations and activities.
  • Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against invoices or purchase orders.
  • Inspect products for quantity, quality, and any damage during receiving.
  • Properly store and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch according to orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to stores or customers.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and support inventory audits.
  • Identify and report damaged, expired, missing, or excess stock.
  • Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
  • Update inventory information in ERP, inventory management software, or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales, purchase, accounts, and store teams regarding stock requirements.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of products.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Follow company procedures for warehouse safety and security.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
  • Help minimize stock loss, damage, and inventory discrepancies.
