Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled SEO Executive to join our growing IT company. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies for company and client projects.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and search engine ranking techniques. The candidate will work closely with the development and content teams to improve website performance and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs
• Work on on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority
• Monitor website traffic and ranking performance
• Use SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for fixes
• Create SEO reports and performance analysis
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
The candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn new strategies, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
• Basic to strong understanding of SEO concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or website structure is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and learning attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Freshers with good SEO knowledge are also encouraged to apply
