Visa Documentation Specialist

Sky Group of Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Visa Documentation Specialist to manage and prepare visa application documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of documentation processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• 1–3+ years of experience in visa processing, documentation, immigration, or consultancy is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and document management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and client coordination skills.
• Previous experience with overseas education or immigration documentation is an advantage.

• Collect, review, organize, and verify client documents required for visa applications.
• Ensure applications and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and properly formatted.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information and coordinate with clients for corrections.
• Prepare document checklists based on the applicable visa category and destination.
• Assist clients with completing forms and preparing supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with counselors, consultants, and clients throughout the application process.
• Track application progress and follow up on pending documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant visa documentation requirements and procedural changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle client information responsibly.
