Requirements
Good communication and counseling skills
Strong English and preferably Hindi communication
Customer-service and relationship-building skills
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Good documentation and organizational skills
Ability to explain complex information clearly
Sales and follow-up skills
Knowledge of immigration/visa processes is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding study, work, visitor, PR, and other visa options.
Understand the client's education, work experience, finances, and immigration goals.
Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, procedures, fees, and timelines.
Conduct client consultations and follow up with prospective clients.
Check and organize documents required for visa applications.
Coordinate with documentation and case-processing teams.
Prepare or assist with application forms and supporting documents.
Keep clients updated about their application status.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/software systems.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person meetings.
Stay updated on changes to immigration and visa policies.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and work toward assigned conversion/sales targets.
