Video Editing Trainer

RollingFrameFilms is looking for a passionate and skilled Video Editing Trainer to train aspiring video editors and help them develop industry-ready editing skills. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in video editing and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.

• Strong hands-on experience in video editing.
• Good knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach beginners as well as intermediate-level students.
• Practical industry/project experience is preferred.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Conduct practical and interactive video editing training sessions.
• Teach editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Train students in cutting, transitions, audio editing, color correction, storytelling, and video composition.
• Guide students through real-world projects and portfolio development.
• Provide assignments, feedback, and one-on-one guidance when required.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends, techniques, and industry workflows.
• Help students understand professional editing standards and client requirements.
• Monitor student progress and support them in becoming job-ready video editors.
