Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and diagnostics targets

Deliver excellent customer service (in-store & online)

Manage and process omnichannel orders within TAT

Maintain accurate inventory and stock checks

Ensure compliance with billing and SOP guidelines

Maintain store hygiene and proper product display

Support marketing and promotional activities

Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm

Experience: 0-1 years in retail pharmacy

Maharastra State Pharmacy Council Registration is mandatory

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy software

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach

Attention to detail and multitasking ability
