Telecaller / Business Development Executive

Study Bridge International is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team in Panipat.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, generating interest in our services, scheduling counselling appointments, and supporting the team in converting leads into successful admissions.

• 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, business development, customer service, or education counselling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
• Understand students’ requirements regarding IELTS, study abroad programs, universities, and admissions.
• Explain relevant services and provide basic information to prospective students.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Schedule counselling appointments for interested students.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead records.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and other business-development initiatives when required.
