Study Abroad Counsellor

Study Bridge International is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right overseas education options. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their academic and career goals, and assisting them throughout the admission and application process.

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in study abroad counselling or overseas education is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of popular study destinations such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and New Zealand.
• Excellent counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Target-oriented, confident, and professional approach.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries.
• Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and financial preferences.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and available programs.
• Assist students with university/college selection and application procedures.
• Guide students regarding required documentation and application timelines.
• Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams regarding applications and student requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records and update application status.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa-related processes.
• Achieve counselling and admission targets while maintaining high standards of student service.
