Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth and efficient store operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and retail operations.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing and inventory management systems.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required.

• Manage and supervise daily store operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure achievement of store sales and revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, labeling, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and suppliers for stock requirements.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
• Implement promotional campaigns and company sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
