Sports Coach

We are looking for skilled Sports Coaches to join our team at TERii Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive sports programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
• Provide expert coaching and guidance in various sports disciplines, including track and field, football, basketball, and tennis.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and clinics to enhance student performance and overall fitness.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and inclusive sports culture.
• Monitor student progress, offer constructive feedback, and foster a positive and confident mindset.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the sports program.

• Proven experience as a sports coach or in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of various sports disciplines, including track and field, football, basketball, and tennis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
