Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Develop concepts and scripts for Reels, short-form videos, Stories, posts, and carousels.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, audio, and formats.
Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and creative copy for social media posts.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and marketing teams.
Create content around products, offers, campaigns, festivals, and brand promotions.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Monitor content performance, engagement, and audience response.
Analyze social media insights and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Maintain consistency in the brand's tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Generate fresh and innovative content ideas based on current trends and target audience interests.
Requirements
Relevant experience and qualifications for the Social Media Manager role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to be based in or relocate to Amritsar
