• Previous experience as a Press Machine Operator is preferred.
• Experience in plywood, wood, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of hot press/cold press machine operations.
• Ability to understand machine settings and production instructions.
• Good attention to detail and quality.

• Operate hot press and/or cold press machines used in plywood manufacturing.
• Set up the press machine according to production requirements.
• Load and unload plywood sheets and veneer layers safely.
• Maintain correct temperature, pressure, and pressing time.
