Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately as per applicable regulations.
Explain dosage, precautions, side effects and storage requirements to customers
Respond professionally to customer questions regarding medicines and healthcare products.
Guide customers on appropriate wellness, OTC and healthcare products within the permitted scope.
Monitor medicine stock levels and support timely replenishment.
Check batch numbers and expiry dates regularly
Support stock audits and reconciliation activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy, drug and regulatory requirements
Follow company SOPs, safety standards and quality procedures.
Contribute to achieving store service and business objectives without compromising professional ethics.
Requirements
Relevant experience and qualifications for the Pharmacist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
