Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and market research.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing analytics.
Experience with social media platforms and campaign management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing tools.
A creative mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
Manage social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Create and manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with sales, content, design, and other teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for business growth.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer insights.
