Marketing Executive

We are looking for energetic and confident candidates to join Bajaj Capital Ltd. as Field Marketing Executives. Your primary responsibility will be customer engagement through lead generation activities at popular public places like Petrol Pumps, Malls, and Market Hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit designated high-footfall locations (Petrol Pumps, Malls, Commercial Hubs, etc.).
• Interact with customers and pitch lead generation activities (e.g., getting coupon forms filled).
• Collect accurate customer details such as Name, Age, and Mobile Number.
• Deliver basic information about financial & insurance products with high energy and professionalism.
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

• Relevant experience and qualifications for the Marketing Executive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to 5TH FLOOR, BAJAJ HOUSE 97, NEHRU PLACE, NEHRU PLACE, South Delhi, Delhi, 110019, NEW DELHI, Delhi, India
