Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in preparing and serving food efficiently. The candidate will assist chefs and cooks with food preparation, cleaning, maintaining kitchen hygiene, organizing ingredients, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. No extensive experience is required, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but freshers can apply.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation is an advantage.

• Assist chefs and cooks with daily food preparation.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
• Help with basic cooking and food preparation tasks.
• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean.
• Wash dishes, plates, and kitchen utensils.
• Organize and store ingredients properly.
• Check and maintain kitchen stock and supplies.
• Assist with receiving and arranging food supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Help with packing food orders when required.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout the shift.
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
• Follow instructions from the Chef or Kitchen Manager.
