Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Stock Executive to manage and monitor the company's inventory and stock levels. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, conducting stock audits, coordinating stock movement, and ensuring the availability of products while minimizing shortages, excess inventory, and stock discrepancies.

Requirements

  • 12th pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory, stock management, warehouse, or retail operations.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management processes.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to conduct physical stock verification when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily inventory and stock activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, and available stock.
  • Receive and verify stock against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Update inventory records in ERP, inventory software, or Excel.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
  • Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged, or missing items.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Track stock movement between warehouse, store, and other locations.
  • Ensure proper product labeling, categorization, and storage.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, accounts, and store teams.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Support periodic stock audits and inventory verification.
  • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory.
  • Help reduce stock wastage, damage, and inventory losses.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of inventory-related information.
