Influencer Marketing Executive

Job description

1. Influencer Sourcing & Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with nano and micro-influencers across lifestyle, home, parenting, and local communities, especially in cities where Tumbledry operates.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute monthly influencer campaigns for store launches, app downloads, store walk-ins, franchise awareness, and seasonal promotions.

3. Content Coordination: Brief influencers on content ideas, coordinate shoots and approvals, and ensure timely posting in line with brand guidelines.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track reach, engagement, app downloads, leads, and conversions using promo codes and tracking links. Prepare monthly performance reports.

5. Budget & ROI Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget of 2.53 lakh, negotiate barter and paid collaborations, and ensure measurable returns on marketing spend.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the digital marketing, content, design, and franchise teams to execute campaigns smoothly and maintain consistent brand messaging.

7. Hyperlocal Marketing: Run city-specific influencer campaigns to promote new store openings and increase awareness and customer acquisition in local markets.
