Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire candidates for retail store and corporate positions.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and support workforce planning to meet business hiring needs.

 Communication, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and knowledge of retail hiring practices.

• Perform core duties associated with the Human Resource Recruiter position at R.S Brothers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve departmental goals
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment in Hyderabad, India
