Job Description

Echobooom Management & Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to join our team. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

* Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.

* Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening of candidates.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure timely communication.

* Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.

* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

* Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within timelines.

Candidate Requirements

*Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Bachelor's degree in HR, B.Com, BBA, Business Administration or a related field.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

* Interest in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
