Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and building structures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using problem-solving skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve interdisciplinary issues affecting multiple systems.

• 1-6 years of experience in carpentry or related field (building maintenance).
• Diploma or B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including electricity, plumbing, and building codes.
• Proficiency in working with various tools and equipment used in carpentry work.

• Perform core duties associated with the Gypsum Carpenter position at Smard Modular
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve departmental goals
