Requirements
12th pass or graduate, depending on the company.
Freshers can often apply for entry-level field roles.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of the local area is an advantage.
Comfortable travelling for customer visits.
Basic knowledge of KYC, personal loans and loan documentation.
Basic smartphone/computer skills.
Ability to maintain reports and update CRM/apps.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred for field positions.

Key Responsibilities
Visit customers at their residence, workplace, or business location.
Collect required KYC and loan documents.
Verify customer information and address details.
Conduct field verification as instructed by the company.
Meet customers to understand their loan requirements.
Follow up with customers for pending documents or information.
Coordinate with the Sales, Credit and Operations teams.
Update the status of field visits and customer cases.
Submit field visit reports and verification results.
Follow up on loan applications until approval/disbursement, where required.
Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and communicate the status of their cases.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly visit and case-processing targets.
Follow company policies regarding KYC, customer verification and data confidentiality.
