Delivery Executive

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to deliver food and other café orders to customers safely and on time. The candidate will be responsible for picking up orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery, handling basic customer interactions, and maintaining professional service standards.

• Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and navigation apps.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Pick up food orders from the café and deliver them to customers on time.
• Ensure orders are accurate and properly handled during delivery.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation applications.
• Handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Collect cash or process digital payments when required.
• Maintain delivery records and update order status.
• Take care of the delivery vehicle and ensure it is in good condition.
