Corporate Ticketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Ticketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international ticketing, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic and international flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Handle travel requirements of corporate clients efficiently and professionally.
• Provide fare quotations, travel itineraries, and travel-related assistance.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for booking confirmations and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely processing of travel requests while maintaining service quality.
• Assist clients with schedule changes, amendments, and urgent travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Ticketing.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international airfare rules and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in handling corporate clients and managing their travel requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
