Job Description

Sky Group of Consultancy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in the consultancy industry.

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, consultancy, education, immigration, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in overseas education or immigration consultancy is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, online platforms, networking, and other channels.
Identify and connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain the company's consultancy services and guide prospects through the available options.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordinate with counselors, consultants, and documentation teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Participate in meetings, promotional activities, seminars, and networking events when required.
