Branch Manager

Study Bridge International is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage and grow our Study Abroad operations in Madlauda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the branch team, driving student enrolments, managing daily operations, and achieving business and admission targets.

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in study abroad, overseas education, education sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Team Leader, Senior Counsellor, or Business Development role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of overseas education destinations such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, and New Zealand.
• Excellent leadership, communication, counselling, and sales skills.
• Strong knowledge of lead management and admission conversion.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Excellent team-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch performance.

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Study Bridge International branch.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the counselling, telecalling, and support teams.
• Set and achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities when required.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
• Develop strategies to increase student enquiries and admissions.
• Ensure excellent student and parent service throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal departments.
• Monitor branch performance through regular reports and data analysis.
• Train and guide team members to improve counselling and conversion performance.
• Handle important student/parent escalations and resolve issues professionally.
• Organize and participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain branch discipline, documentation, and operational standards.
• Stay updated with changes in international education, university admissions, intakes, and visa processes.
• Contribute to local marketing and business-development initiatives to increase the branch's market presence.
