Accountant

Tayal Publicity is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.

• B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Candidates with experience in the advertising, printing, or publicity industry will be preferred.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts and reconcile balances.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements as required.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and maintain relevant records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups.
• Verify bills, expenses, purchase documents, and supporting records.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
