Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for OT and ICU medical devices. The candidate will travel across India for product demonstration, installation, deployment, and technical support at hospital sites.Responsibilities

• Travel pan India for installation and deployment at client sites.

• Support sales team during product demonstrations.

• Provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning.

• Handle troubleshooting in case of any technical issues during deployment.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

• Conduct training sessions for hospital staff after product installation.

• Maintain proper reporting and documentation.

• Be comfortable standing in OT during device deployment if required.

• Relevant experience and qualifications for the Technical Support Engineer role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to our location
